Couriers deliver and unload safes at your home free of charge. In case of vehicle access obstacles to the house, safes are unloaded at the nearest place where vehicle access is possible.

Deposit of goods

Safes up to 30 kg are taken to the door of the recipient's flat/house free of charge. Safety deposit boxes heavier than 30 kg shall be unloaded at the first door of the dwelling, as close as the courier's vehicle can get to it.
For safes weighing more than 71 kg, loading is arranged on an individual basis upon request to [email protected]
The delivery service can be booked by selecting the "Delivery service" checkbox when completing the order, in accordance with the rates shown below.

- In Vilnius you can pick up the goods at Vilkpėdės str. 2A.
- For delivery to Curonian Spit, Rusnė there is an additional fee of 31,90 Eur.
Important!
The delivery service up to 70 kg is available only in the largest Lithuanian cities (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Utena, Marijampolė, Telšiai, Tauragė).

Delivery deadlines

Goods are delivered within the time limit indicated in the product description:
- 2 working days - when the product is in stock. Orders received on weekdays before 2 pm are dispatched the same day;
- 9 working days - when the product is in the manufacturer's warehouse and transport is ordered directly to the final customer;
- 3-4 weeks - when the product is ordered directly from the manufacturer and produced to special order. If produced earlier, the goods are delivered faster.
- 4-6 weeks - when the product is ordered directly from the manufacturer and produced to special order. When produced earlier, the product is delivered faster.
- 6-10 weeks - when the product is ordered directly from the manufacturer and produced to special order with design modifications provided by the customer. Earlier production results in faster delivery.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided, and you will be additionally informed by email when the product has been dispatched from the warehouse (you will receive a link to the courier's shipping page and a tracking number).

On the day of delivery, you will be contacted by the courier service by phone or sms to inform you of the delivery time.

All we ask is that you return your purchase unused and in its original packaging, after you have ensured that it is in good working order.
If the weight of the safe exceeds 30 kg, the customer will pay for the removal of the safe to the place of loading, or the customer will arrange for the removal himself.
- You can return the safe within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- The safe must be in the same merchantable condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.
- You must fill in the return form and send it to us at [email protected] or attach it to the return package.
- Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will be inspected by Saffort representatives. After the inspection, the refund procedure will start and the money will be refunded to the account you specify within 14 working days.
